& General Remarks
GENERAL REMARKS
1. The estimated cost may be increased by 10% for work and by 20% for spare parts due to unforeseen tasks that will occur during the development.
2. At the end of three months the company has the right to increase up to 20% of the initial costing.
3. The customer is obliged to indicate any previous costing. In case of no indication, the new costing is valid.
4. The customer instructs the company to perform all the tasks described herein or any additional necessary tasks that may arise during the repair of the vehicle.
5. The delivery of the car by the workshop with parallel techno-economic information takes place until 6 pm, the delivery takes place the next working day.
6. The invoices as well as all the legal documents of the Company are paid at the Company’s headquarters in cash and without discount.
7. The invoice is paid upon delivery of the vehicle to the customer. The customer accepts that the Company has the right to refuse delivery of the vehicle until the invoice is paid.
8. The customer must pick up the vehicle and pay the invoice within 6 days from the moment notified by the Company. Upon the expiration of this period, the customer becomes without any further arrears and owes legal arrears interest on the amount owed. In addition, the customer is charged with parking costs for each day that delays the receipt of the vehicle.
9. The customer must inspect the vehicle before and after its repair and before receiving and paying the invoice. After the payment of the invoice and the receipt by the customer, the repair is considered to have been fully approved by him and the Company is released from any liability.
10. The Company bears absolutely no responsibility for any damage – regardless of cause – that may be caused to the vehicle delivered for repair, including total or partial loss due to theft, fire, etc. Unless due to malice or gross negligence of the Company.
11. Also the Company is not responsible in case of loss of tools or objects left in the vehicle that is delivered for repair.
12. The vehicle remains the sole responsibility of the customer even if driven by company employees. The same applies if a shipment of the vehicle to the customer is agreed.
13. The customer authorizes the Company to drive the car inside and outside its facilities for body repair and paint repair purposes. In case of an accident during these movements, the Company’s liability is limited to the restoration of the same damages and only if they are not covered by the current car insurance policy.
14. In case of non-payment by the insurance company of the compensation in full, the customer is obliged to pay any difference that may arise.
15. I became aware of the terms of receipt and delivery of my car to the garage and I unreservedly agree with them.
16. The time required for the pre-costing of works and spare parts for the repair of bodywork and painting damages is valued at a value equal to 3% of the total valuation amount as stated in this bodywork estimate and I accept the payment of this amount unconditionally. Exception and exemption from payment of the pre-costing work amount is valid only if I accept the repair and the supply of spare parts by Dent Genie Hellas.
17. In credit card payments, installments (up to 3) are valid only for amounts over 500 euros.
