It is ensured by the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Its main purpose (QMS) is the continuous improvement with an impact on the corresponding improvement of the services of the company DENT GENIE GROUP.
The company monitors both the needs of the customers and the developments of the Technology in order to provide services that ensure continuous satisfaction of the customers’ requirements.
At DENT GENIE GROUP the concept of quality includes:
- The observance of all the Laws and Regulations of the National and Community Legislation.
- Full coverage of customer requirements as agreed through respective written contracts or agreements.
- The periodic evaluation of its suppliers to ensure the coverage of the respective quality requirements.
- The continuous employee training.
- Investigating the causes of non-compliances or complaints and further determining corrective actions.
- Defining measurable and objective goals for improving the overall operation of the company in the planned System Review.
We apply in our services, quality system ISO 9001:2015, with field of application REPAIR OF VEHICLE BODY WITHOUT PAINTING.
The Management of DENT GENIE GROUP is responsible for the continuous and smooth implementation of the Quality Management System.
The Quality Manager is authorized to implement and maintain the Quality Management System. He is authorized to communicate with customers for any issues related to the quality of the services provided. Has the ultimate responsibility for stopping or resuming the Company’s operations depending on the occurrence or elimination of systematic quality failures.
The Quality Policy is reviewed during the annual scheduled Review of the Quality System and whenever there is a significant change in the provision of services of the company.
The vision of the Company is to establish itself in the market with satisfied customers and staff.
